VOICED : Tribunal Supremo británico reenvía al fuero comercial el caso del oro venezolano en Londres

The UK Supreme Court granted a partial victory to Venezuelan opposition leader Juan Guaidó over President Nicolás Maduro regarding control of 31 tons of Venezuelan gold stored in the Bank of England. The court sent the case back to the commercial court. Both Guaidó and Maduro have appointed different management committees for the Venezuelan Central Bank, leading to conflicting instructions about the gold. The UK, like the US, recognizes Guaidó as the interim leader, complicating Maduro's access to the gold. Despite reduced diplomatic relations, the UK maintains an embassy in Caracas.
