The 2026 World Cup will be hosted in North America for the first time, with matches in the USA, Canada, and Mexico. The tournament will feature 48 teams. Host cities are divided into East, Central, and West regions. The East includes Toronto, Boston, Philadelphia, Miami, and New York/New Jersey. The Central region features Kansas City, Dallas, Houston, Atlanta, Monterrey, and Mexico City. The West includes Vancouver, Seattle, San Francisco Bay Area, Los Angeles, and Guadalajara. None of the stadiums from the 1994 World Cup will be reused. Specific sites for each round will be announced later.
