The US Olympic and Paralympic Committee has agreed to a $380 million settlement with victims of sexual abuse by former national team doctor Larry Nassar. A federal bankruptcy court in Indianapolis announced the settlement, which acknowledges that Nassar abused over 300 victims. Additionally, around 200 others were abused by individuals affiliated with USA Gymnastics. Nassar is currently serving a prison sentence ranging from 40 to 175 years.
