Justice Department Wants Review Of Boston Marathon Bomber Ruling

The Department of Justice is requesting the Supreme Court to review a federal appeals court's decision to overturn the sentence of the convicted Boston Marathon bomber. The appeals court found that the judge did not adequately screen jurors for biases, which could lead to a new penalty phase trial with a different jury to decide on the death penalty. The 2013 bombing resulted in three deaths and over 260 injuries.
