The state funeral of Hugo Chávez took place in Caracas, attended by many Latin American leaders and controversial figures like Iran's Mahmoud Azmatinejad and Belarus's Alexander Lukashenko. Nicolás Maduro will serve as interim president and must call elections within 30 days. Chávez's body will be displayed for seven days before being embalmed and placed in a museum.
