VOICED : Detienen a 30 manifestantes en Caracas

In Altamira, Caracas, police detained 30 mostly young protesters after a failed negotiation due to a bomb thrown by the protesters. The police used tear gas to disperse the crowd. For over a month, Venezuela has seen student protests joined by radical opposition leaders demanding President Nicolás Maduro's resignation. Maduro, labeling the protests as a developing coup, increased security and announced arrests and weapon seizures. The protests have resulted in 28 deaths and over 300 injuries.
