I read the question carefully and I eliminated 2 out of the 4 choices.  I can't figure out what choice to go with.....What should the test do?

• Choose an answer with my eyes closed

I am really unsure of an answer.  I spent a good amount of time on one question and I have 10 more to go.  What should the test taker do?
