Society with diverse social positions/statuses crafted the existence of uneven opportunities for each individual, such idea raised economic inequality only.

Inequality exist on uneven distribution of resources in which individual thrive to use for survival,  culturally or politically assigned.  

Assigned roles to men and women in various sectors of society created instances of division of the two in the prospect obtaining resources.

Over-categorizing and limiting a group or race in a singular perspective is a concept concerning racism.

Minorities are group of people shunned by the greater public due to the difference in the manner of living and perspective used in daily life. For example, race minorities are people whose cultural background differs from that of the dominant members of society.
