How should I prepare for my shift?

• have my staff badge and lanyard for credentials

• wear my staff shirt, closed-toe shoes, and appropriate pants

• bring a water bottle, hat, jacket, and sunscreen

How do I clock in and out for my shift?

• go to my station and start working

• sign my name on the check-in sheet

• call or radio for Josephine to let her know you arrived

• go to the Jotform link to clock in / out

What happens at Information Booth?

• handle Lost & Found items

• help monitor the distribution of 626Sampler Passes

• answer questions about 2024 Season Passes

• provide information to attendees about 626 Night Market

• monitor attendance numbers of the event

Ticket Admission (select which one is true)

• children 3 and under can enter for free

• no refunds for tickets

• cash tickets are ONLY at OC

• tickets are $3

• tickets are available to be purchased as e-tickets

How can an attendee re-enter the event?

• they must have a re-entry stamp before exiting

• they can show their already scanned tickets at the entrance

How do you check-in vendors at Vendor Will Call?

• let them know they need tickets to enter

• ask for their business name and codeword

• give a hand stamp after marking down the vendor
