• Lifting supervisor

• Authorised Examiner

• Rigger

• Signalman

Before starting lifting operation, all lifting belts, slings and chains must have valid; 

• Lifting Machine (LM) certificate

• Lifting Appliance (LA) certificate

• Lifting Gear (LG) certificate

• Lifting Platform (L) certificate

Regulation stated that all lifting gears must be examined by Authorized Examiner once every;

• 6 months

• 12 months

• 18 months

• 24 months
