If you come up to a corner with out a painted cross walk what does that mean?

• You need to turn around and find another way

• no crossing at all you are stuck

• call my mom and ask what I should do

• YOU can still cross at the corners just need to watch out for cars

paying attention while crossing the street is

• a waste of your time

• for babies

• for losers

• important to keep you safe

when using a cross walk with out a traffic light, how do you know when to cross?

• you make a run for it and hope you don't get hit

• have your aide/ job coach block traffic so you can cross

• pretend you are in the video game Frogger and take your chances

• make sure there are not car/trucks coming and keep looking as you cross

Should I make eye contact with the driver of the stopped car while I cross

• yes , that way I can make sure they see me

• no mom says not to stare

• no what if they laugh at me

• No what if they think I am flirting with them

When the Green walking man signal comes up to tell us to cross do we

• do the electric slide across the street

• look again to make sure its clear making sure there are no crazy red light runners

• run as fast as we can across the street to beat our friends

• hold a strangers hand or my aide/job coaches hand cuz my mom always holds mine

what should we do if we are at a major street and there is no cross walk available?

• Cry

• go back home and call in sick

• yell at my aide/job coach or a stranger

• wait for break in traffic that will be long enough to cross, keep looking both ways while crossing

When getting ready to cross the street at a traffic light what do we do first?

• cross when ther is an opening in traffic even if the light for us is red

• press the crossing signal and wait till it turns in to the little green guy

• call mom and ask her what to do

• have some one step in to the street to stop traffic

what should we do if the power is out and the traffic signal is not working?

• call in sick the power is out and they don't need me

• Cry

• treat it as a 4 way stop and wait for the cars to stop before crossing

• go back to bed as its going to be a crazy day and I don't want crazy

is it ok for me to be in my phone while crossing the street

• no its not safe

• yep my mom told me I can be on my phone when ever I want

• yep I am in the cross walk so its safe

• yep I love to dance as I walk and playing music on my phone is cool

when you walk up to the signal to cross you need to press it....

• only once

• you need to press it till the light changes

• you need to play a drum solo on the button

• as many times as it takes for my aide/ job coach to say something
