What is a colleague?

• - a person who is opposed to, struggles against, or competes with another

• Don't place blame

  on others

• Breaking confidentiality about a person's private issues.

• Not accepting accountability for your actions

• Discourage cliques that would interfere with productivity

• Be open and honest as much as possible

• Understand our mutual responsibilities and expectations

• Show independence and an ability to manage problems if they arise

• Disregard what the supervisor says and do what you feel is best

• Ask your supervisor constantly for verification on the work you are doing

• Use my supervisors' advice/feedback

• Show a Positive and Professional Attitude

• Maintain Regular Contact with my Supervisors

  so I can Meet Agreed Deadlines

• Visibly and verbally display your disapproval to what your supervisor is saying to you in front of others.

• Do not maintain contact with your supervisor about the work being done.
