A Service Status that tells you the account has no outgoing transactions but has incoming transactions and could be either due to Collection or THS

• ACTIVE 

• REDIRECTED 

• SUSPENDED 

• DISCONNECTED 

A Collection Status that tells you the account has an overdue balance but is not yet redirected

• ACTIVE

• WARND

• FRDUE

• Temporary Disconnection 

A THS status that tells you that the account is redirected at 100% of the credit limit

• ACTIVE

• PECL2

• RECL1

• RECL2

A Collection Status that tells you that the account is barred from data and SMS but outgoing calls and incoming calls are working.

• ACTIVE

• WARND

• TEMPORARY DISCONNECTION 

• PRDUE

 If the account is FRDUE, subscriber WILL NOT be able to do the following:

• Do Outgoing Calls, Data 

• Do outgoing calls 

• Access Data and send SMS 

• Do outgoing calls, access data, send SMS 

 If the Collection Status is PRDUE, this means that the account is redirected
