To see any merchant authorizations for a specific time period, I should click on:

To see additional details for a recent payment while on the Payment Details page, I should:

• Click on the line item for the payment I want to see

• Hover over the line item

• Say full details three times fast

• Right click on the Payment Date

How long can a payment be held if made with non-guaranteed funds?

• Longer than… there’s been fishes in the ocean

• Up to 14 days

• Up to Seven (7) days

• Payments are never held

How can a payment hold be released in sooner than seven (7) days?

• An agent can simply release it upon request from the Cardholder

• An agent must have a bank conference with the customer to verify that the funds are available

• An agent can check with the bank online to ensure funds are available
