You need to think of how the animation is going to take place, You need to plan out the events of what is happening in your 3-10 second film with as much detail as possible so you could give this to another person to make. So all the timings, movements. of each part of the snow scene has been thought about.

Start it as Frame 1- 20 Snow ball is moving from start position toward snowman,

Frame 21-30 snowman gains extra snow on him.

Frame 31 - 40 Hat falls off, Snowball rebounds back to building, then hits 1st green tree,

etc. remember there are the trees and snow balls and a rocket for a finale. There are 24 frames per second.
