The Past Simple

We use the Past Simple for:

• actions that started and were completed at a specific time in the past.

• habitual or repeated actions in the past.

• completed actions that happened one after the other in the past.

• actions that hapen in the moment.

In the Past Simple we use:

• Regular verbs

• Infinitive verbs

• Irregular verbs

In the past simple we used time expressions:

• yesterday

• last night

• ago

• every day

The Past Simple uses the auxiliary:

• DO

• Did

• Does

The regular verbs form the past, adding the "ed"

• Falso

• Verdadero
