Where are the procedures for rescheduling appointments?

• Go to the LRC front desk and have them take care of it

• Email Julie or Rex and let them contact the student to coordinate a time then it will be scheduled in Tutor Trac

• Tell the student that rescheduling is not an option no matter what.

• Work with the student to determine a rescheduled time, fill out the Reschedule Form online, then include this schedule change when entering tutor notes (under the original appointment time).

What is one reason why completing tutor notes is important?

• For data collecting purposes which helps REACH to keep providing free services to students.

• Ensure that attendance is tracked accurately and makes room for students eager to seek tutoring.

• Helps the LRC support staff stay in the loop of how the students are doing in the sessions in addition to important material covered.

• There is really no point, Julie and Rex just make us do it for busy work.

When are tutor notes due each week?

• The following Monday at 12:00 PM

• The following Monday at 8 AM

• The following Monday at 5 PM

• The end of the week (Friday) at 5 PM

What are the basic procedures for filling out my timesheet?

• Enter the time I think I probably worked after reflecting on the week and that's it. Everything saves automatically once I log out of Business Ops.

• Check my visit log in Tutor Trac to ensure my time is accurate, enter time on the appropriate day, enter any additional time worked approved by the LRC, then hit 'Submit.'

• Enter all the time based on my appointments that show up in Tutor Trac regardless of cancellations or no shows.

• No need to enter any time, Julie will fill it all in for me.

Where can I find subject materials for the classes that I tutor?

• Under 'Tutor Resources' in Teams

• Blackboard

• On the bookshelves in the tutoring center

• REACH doesn't provide any materials.
