S/S: weight loss, nervousness, exopthalamus - caused by over secretion of thyroxine

S/S: weight gain and fatigue - caused by under secretion of thyroxine possibly due to low iodine

S/S: osteoporosis and kidney stones - caused by over secretion of parathormone - blood calcium is too high

S/S: numbess, cramps, TETANY, or seizures - caused by under secretion of parathormone - blood calcium is too low
