If the teacher is not in the room

• wait in the hallway
• begin the experiment right away
• put your books in the room and go back in hall

If you are injured in the lab, the FIRST thing you should do is:

• see a doctor after school
• tell the teacher
• tell the principal
• go home

These are used to:

• protect your feet
• protect your hands
• protect your eyes
• protect your hair

To put out a fire in a person's hair or clothing, use:

• a fire extinguisher
• water from the sink
• a fire blanket
• oil and vinegar

Never put anything wet near an electrical outlet because:

• you can get electrocuted
• you can make popcorn
• you can create something purple
• you will get an A+

Fooling around in the lab, throwing things, and doing unauthorized experiments are all:

• Not dangerous
• Great if you have time
• Always against the rules
• Ok every other Tuesday

If you think glassware is HOT:

• You should touch it to check
• You should put it in cold water
• You should throw it away
• You should never touch it to check

When is food OK in the lab?

• only on Friday
• never unless  the teacher says it's ok
• in the morning
• when chemicals are not in use

If something spills, when should you clean it up?

• At once
• At the end of the period
• Whenever you get a chance
• Never, the teacher will

When should you wash your hands?

• After using chemicals or doing an experiment
• After sneezing or using tissues
• After using the bathroom
• All of these!
