Creating Effective Presentations Using Slides
Team Approach
• More minds are better than one!
• Create tasks:
• Research the topic and write a script.
• Create design requirements.
• Obtain multimedia.
• Build the presentation.
• Test presentation.
• Assign tasks.

Converting
As you create presentations, you may have to change the software you are using. This process is called CONVERTING.
Most presentation software does a good job with this process.
Google Slides and Microsoft PowerPoint can open each other's files and keep most of the formatting.

Designing Slides
• Choose a template design.
• Follow the 7x7 rule.
• Keep the maximum number of slides
to 10.
• Avoid using all capitals.
• Create white space around content.

A good guideline to follow is the 10-20-30 rule which states:
