​A lot of People invest money in the Stock Market buying a peice of a company they feel will make a lot of sale producing a lot of profit for them. Buying stocks is risky because there is times when a product will "boom" sell alot and then "Bust" sales slow down

Example Figet spinners at first they sold everywere because peole wanted them and were everywere. Now people ​are not as intrested and dont sell as much.
