What kinds of things should you keep in mind when you are revising your narrative?

​Revision

​Revision means to go back through and make changes that help improve a piece of work, in this case, your stories. When revising a story, it's important to consider a few things:

  1. What is the main theme (message) of the story (what are you trying to say)?

  2. How do your events connect?

  3. How do your characters change over the course of your narrative?

They show the relationship of two ideas. 

Transition words add polish and flow to our writing (and speaking!)
