Today, we're going to make a presentation on an artist of your choice

Steps of the day:

1. Spend 10 minutes looking at different famous artists, and their work

2. Select ONE artist for your presentation

3. Begin your Google Slideshow presentation

Begin brainstorming and researching

• Claude Monet

• Michaelangelo

• Georges Seurat

Famous modern + contemporary artists:

• Andy Warhol

• Jean Michel Basquiat

• Kara Walker

• BMike

• Nari Ward

• Chuck Close

Once you have selected your artist, please start your GOOGLE SLIDE presentation

I will walk around to help!

Your presentation should include:

1. Name of your artist

2. When they create their work

3. Examples of their art (pictures)

4. Why you chose that artist and your thoughts on their work

(Minimum of 10 slides)
