Missions Opportunity

HOTT DAYS 2021

• June 27- July 1 (Sunday- Thursday)

• Uvalde, TX (First Baptist Church)

• Thursday (Fun Day)

• Depart Del Rio on Sunday after church

• Arrive in Del Rio Thursday afternoon

Registration

• Registration $40

• Money due to Miriam Trevino by Sunday May 23rd

• Includes T-Shirt

• All meals paid for

• Packing List / Medical Waiver provided after registration

Lodging

• Local churches will be opening doors to youth groups

• Showers/Bathrooms will be available

• Students will need to bring sleeping bags

Fundraisers

• Goal is $500

• Gas money/ Lunch on Sunday

• Possible van rental?

• Garage Sale May 22

• Popcorn Sale June

Lastly,

• This is a missionary opportunity. It may be uncomfortable at times, but we are here to serve others.

• HCC YTH will work together as a group and students will be chaperoned by an adult at all times

• For all incoming 6th-12th grade students

• Any adult who is interested in becoming a chaperone, please see Miriam Trevino
