Course description:

Integrated Math IB is the second course in a two-year course sequence designed to support students in the successful completion of Integrated Math I. Students in this course will complete Integrated Math I over a two-year cycle comprising Integrated Math IA and Math IB. In Integrated Math, students will develop their conceptual understanding of the concepts of number and quantity and algebra. 

This is a class that will be taught using different strategies. Students will be presented with tasks that may be challenging to them.  Students will be expected to reflect upon their work and use team work and resourcefulness to work on challenging problems.

The class will utilize the ideals and best practices of CI(Complex Instructions). With this, students are expected to show and explain their thinking. Participation is highly encouraged for better learning.
