Flag Football - Rules

Flag Football Field

• Official size: 100 yards long by 50 yards wide

• 1st Downs are awarded when passing the 20-yard markers

• The Endzone is 10 yards long

• 1-point conversion - attempted from the 5-yard line.

• 2-point conversion - attempted from the 12-yard line.

• Safety = 2 points
