Emily is a remotely operated device that can be deployed from various locations, such as a beach, boat, or helicopter. It travels at approximately 25 mph and can assist up to four people in staying afloat. Emily is equipped with a camera and speaker for communication, and future versions may include sonar to detect people underwater.
