Minnesota, Virginia Join List Of States Easing COVID Restrictions

Governors Tim Walz of Minnesota and Ralph Northam of Virginia announced plans to lift COVID-19 restrictions. Virginia aims to remove all restrictions by June 15th, except for a mask mandate. Minnesota plans to end capacity limits by July 1st, contingent on 70% of residents over 16 being vaccinated. Both states' plans depend on decreasing virus cases and increased vaccination rates.
