West Berlin children's choir arrives in New York

The Obernkirchen Choir, consisting of young singers from West Germany, arrives in New York. The choir, known for their traditional dress and musical talent, hails from a village near Hamlin. Their U.S. tour aims to raise funds for an orphanage. They perform 'Happy Wanderer', a song that won them first prize at a Welsh folk singing contest, sung in both German and English.
