Federal Judge Schedules Michael Flynn's Sentencing

Federal Judge Emmet Sullivan rejected defense arguments that prosecutors withheld evidence and trapped Michael Flynn into making false statements. Flynn pleaded guilty in 2017 to lying to the FBI about his communications with the Russian ambassador during the presidential transition. Due to his cooperation with Robert Mueller's investigation, Flynn's sentencing has been delayed multiple times. His sentencing is now scheduled for January 28, 2020.
