Nine victims of abuse by Chilean priest Fernando Karadima will meet with Pope Francis in June. Karadima, who had significant influence over Chilean society and clergy, was found guilty of sexual abuse in 2011. The Vatican is investigating Bishop Juan Barros for allegedly covering up Karadima's crimes. The Chilean church faces a crisis with all 34 bishops offering their resignations amid abuse scandals. Recently, 14 priests in Rancagua were suspended for involvement in a pedophilia network.
