VOICED : Maduro en misa de homenaje a Mandela

Nicolás Maduro participated in a religious service in Caracas to honor Nelson Mandela, describing him as a 'black angel full of light' and comparing his values to those of Hugo Chávez. The event was attended by the South African ambassador to Venezuela. Meanwhile, Vice President Jorge Arreaza traveled to South Africa to attend Mandela's wake in Pretoria, where he presented Mandela's family with a replica of Simón Bolívar's sword.
