Uber Now Allows Riders To See Ratings From Individual Drivers

Uber has introduced a new feature allowing users to see a detailed breakdown of their ratings from drivers. Previously, users could only view their average rating without any explanation. The aim of this feature is to provide users with a better understanding of their current rating and to encourage good behavior during rides. A low rating could result in being removed from the service. Uber assures that all information will be kept anonymous.
