VOICED : Regimen sirio aisla ciudad en Guta van mas de 1.000 muertos

The Syrian regime forces have isolated Duma, a major city in Guta Oriental, the last rebel enclave near Damascus. They have regained control of over half of the 100-square-kilometer area, which has been under siege since 2013. The area is now divided into three parts: Duma and its surroundings, Aras, and the southern localities. The Syrian government denies using chemical weapons, blaming rebels for any such plans. Since February 18, forces loyal to President Bashar al-Assad have besieged the area, resulting in over 1,000 civilian deaths, including at least 215 children. The aim is to weaken the rebel factions launching attacks on Damascus.
