Washington Football Team Hires NFL's First Black Team President

Jason Wright has been appointed as the first black team president in NFL history, also being the youngest to hold such a position. A former NFL running back, Wright played for several teams before retiring in 2010 and earning an MBA in finance. His appointment follows the team's decision to change its name due to its racist connotations and amidst allegations of sexual harassment. Wright will focus on business operations, unlike his predecessor Bruce Allen, who managed both football and business aspects.
