Galaxia

Galaxies are vast systems of dust and gas held together by gravity. They are classified based on appearance into elliptical, irregular, and spiral types. The Milky Way is a spiral galaxy and is considered central among galaxies. Black holes, with immense mass, draw in matter and release energy.
