CLEAN : One year after California's deadliest wildfire Paradise rebuilding from scratch

The goal is to issue 500 building permits annually, aiming for a population of 5,000 in a year or so, with a long-term goal of reaching the previous population of 26,000. The new town will attract young families and newcomers due to its affordability. Debris removal is nearly complete, but many burnt trees still pose a safety risk and need to be addressed.
