Syrian refugees brought to Rome by the Pope from Lesbos are adjusting to their new lives, learning Italian, and living in temporary housing provided by the Sant'Egidio Community. The Pope's actions are appreciated more than those of Muslim leaders or Arab presidents, as he did not discriminate between Christians and Muslims. Despite this support, the administrative situation for these refugees remains unresolved, and they may seek asylum in Italy.
