VOICED : El tifón Noru llega a Filipinas y obliga a evacuar vecinos

Typhoon Noru, classified as a super typhoon with winds over 200 km/h, struck the Philippines, causing maritime traffic closures, flight suspensions, and evacuations. It made landfall in Burdeos, Quezón, and is the strongest typhoon recorded in the country this year. Rescue services in Manila are preparing for severe weather. Noru is expected to weaken as it moves across Luzon towards the South China Sea, heading to Vietnam. A previous typhoon caused over 400 deaths in the Philippines nine months ago.
