VOICED : Mexico licita tres contratos petroleros

Mexico successfully awarded 3 out of 5 oil extraction contracts, with ENI International, a consortium of Pan American Energy and EIP Hidrocarburos, and a group formed by Filwood Energy and Petroval. This outcome was better than the previous Ronda 1, where most fields were not awarded. The reform, led by Enrique Peña Nieto's government, opened the market to private investments for the first time in nearly 80 years.
