Atlanta killing spree — how it happened

On March 16th, a shooting spree in the Atlanta area resulted in the deaths of six Asian women and two others. The suspect, Long, claimed his actions were not racially motivated but were due to a sex addiction. The spree began at Young's Asian Massage, where two Asian women, a white woman, and a white man were killed, and a Hispanic man was wounded. Shortly after, police responded to a robbery at Gold Spa, finding three Asian women dead. Another woman was found dead at Aromatherapy Spa. Long was arrested without resistance in Crisp County, armed with a 9mm handgun.
