2021 Has Had At Least 147 Mass Shootings

In 2021, there have been over 100 mass shootings by April. The Gun Violence Archive defines a mass shooting as an event with four or more victims. Recent incidents include the Atlanta shooting, where a gunman killed eight people, mostly Asian, at massage businesses. Shortly after, a shooter killed 10 people at a Boulder supermarket, and another incident in Orange, CA, resulted in four deaths and one critical injury at an office building.
