Proud Boys Member To Remain In Custody Before Hearing

Ethan Nordean, a member of the Proud Boys, remains in custody following a decision by an AUS District Judge. He is charged with violent entry, aiding and abetting, and obstructing an official proceeding, all related to the January 6th riots. Initially, a Seattle judge ruled for his release on bond, but the Justice Department was given time to appeal. Nordean will be moved back to Washington DC for a hearing next Monday.
