VOICED : El arte chileno protesta por su situación de marginalidad tras cierre del ocio

In Santiago, around 400 people protested to demand support for the Chilean art sector, which has been marginalized due to COVID-19 restrictions. The government has not provided adequate responses or support. Since March, non-essential businesses were closed, and only recently have some areas begun reopening. A state of exception with a national curfew and closed borders is in place until December. Schools have been closed since the start of the school year, but deconfinement has just begun in the capital.
