The USMCA aims to replace NAFTA, which Trump criticized. It includes digital trade, stricter labor and environmental rules, and requires more car parts to be made in North America. The deal is expected to boost the US GDP by $68.2 billion and create 176,000 jobs. It will only take effect once ratified by the US, Mexico, and Canada.
