VOICED : Border Tuner: arte en la frontera para contectar a México y EEUU

Border Toner is an interactive art installation by Rafael Osano Hemmer that symbolically unites El Paso, Texas, and Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, through light and sound. The project features six interactive stations that create a communication bridge between the two cities, emphasizing their economic, historical, and cultural connections. The installation challenges the symbolic nature of the border and highlights the interdependence of these sister cities, while also addressing demographic and migration issues.
