North Korea

North Korea, officially the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, is a highly militarized and politically isolated country located in the northern part of the Korean Peninsula. It has a population of approximately 25 million, with Pyongyang as its largest city. The country is bordered by China, Russia, and South Korea, with a demilitarized zone separating it from the South. North Korea's political system is a hereditary authoritarian dictatorship, with a focus on the Juche ideology of self-reliance. The government controls all aspects of life, including the economy, which is heavily reliant on China. Despite having a large military, the country's economy is underdeveloped, with frequent electricity shortages.
