MD Employment Department head presents sea captain with Maryland state colors

Captain Bob is presented with the Maryland state flag by Colonel Jones on behalf of Governor Harry W. Nice and the people of Maryland. The flag is to be flown on the Morrissey at the northernmost point any state flag has been flown. Captain Bob expresses his gratitude and hopes the flag will inspire children across the Union.
