The 41st Geneva Inventions Fair showcases unique innovations like adjustable heel shoes, a sleep-inducing machine, and rolkers, a walking device. The fair features 725 participants from 45 countries, attracting around 60,000 visitors. The adjustable heel shoes allow customization of heel height and strap color. The sleep machine offers a restful experience equivalent to a full night's sleep in 52 minutes by inducing a REM-like state. Rolkers enable walking 10 kilometers per hour without sliding. Some inventions may seem impractical, but the fair has previously introduced market-successful products.
