Scientists Discover New Class of Magnetic Ionic Fluid

Scientists in Japan have discovered a new class of magnetic ionic fluid that responds to magnetic fields. Previously, magnetic fluids were only available at low temperatures or required metal particles. This new fluid is made from two dry chemicals and its behavior is still being studied.
